All inspections must be booked in advance via our website. Payments are due at the time of booking. We accept online payments through secure third-party gateways.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection are eligible for a full refund. No refunds are issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Drive Quality Check strives for accuracy, but we are not liable for omissions, undetectable faults, or future mechanical issues that may arise after the inspection.
Drive Quality Check is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our inspection services, including decisions made based on the report.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring access to the vehicle at the agreed time and location.
